Help
Once you have a merged feed URL from your dashboard,
subscribe to it in your calendar app using the instructions below.
Use the webcal:// link for Apple Calendar and Outlook —
use the https:// link for Google Calendar.
📱
Apple Calendar — iPhone & iPad
iOS 14+ · iPadOS 14+
-
Copy your webcal:// feed URL from the dashboard.
-
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
-
Scroll down and tap Calendar → Accounts → Add Account.
-
Tap Other at the bottom of the list.
-
Tap Add Subscribed Calendar.
-
Paste your webcal:// URL into the Server field and tap Next.
-
Tap Save. The calendar will appear in your Calendar app within a few seconds.
Tip: You can also just tap the webcal:// link directly on your iPhone — iOS will prompt you to add the calendar automatically.
💻
Apple Calendar — Mac
macOS Ventura+ (works on earlier versions too)
-
Copy your webcal:// feed URL from the dashboard.
-
Open the Calendar app on your Mac.
-
In the menu bar, click File → New Calendar Subscription…
-
Paste the URL and click Subscribe.
-
Set a name and choose which calendar account to add it to (iCloud, On My Mac, etc.).
Set Auto-refresh to Every hour or as needed.
-
Click OK. Events will sync in moments.
Tip: Choose iCloud as the account to automatically sync the subscription to all your Apple devices.
📅
Google Calendar
Via calendar.google.com — desktop only
-
Copy your https:// feed URL from the dashboard.
Google Calendar requires https://, not webcal://.
-
Go to calendar.google.com in a desktop browser
(this option is not available in the mobile app).
-
In the left sidebar, click the + icon next to Other calendars.
-
Choose From URL.
-
Paste the https:// URL and click Add calendar.
Note: Google Calendar refreshes subscribed feeds only every 12–24 hours,
regardless of the feed's own refresh interval. This is a Google limitation.
Events will eventually appear, but new additions may not show up immediately.
Apple Calendar and Outlook typically refresh much more frequently.
📧
Microsoft Outlook
Outlook.com · Outlook for Windows/Mac
Outlook.com (web)
- Copy your https:// feed URL from the dashboard.
- Go to outlook.live.com/calendar.
- Click Add calendar in the left sidebar.
- Choose Subscribe from web.
- Paste the URL, give the calendar a name, and click Import.
Outlook desktop (Windows & Mac)
- Copy your webcal:// feed URL from the dashboard.
- In Outlook, open the Calendar view.
- Click Add Calendar (or Open Calendar on older versions) → From Internet.
- Paste the URL and click OK.
- Click Yes to confirm adding the subscription.
Troubleshooting
Events aren't showing up
First check your dashboard to confirm your sources have a green "OK" status and were fetched recently.
Then check your calendar app's sync settings — some apps only refresh subscribed calendars hourly.
Google Calendar can take up to 24 hours to reflect changes.
If a source shows "Error" on your dashboard, the upstream feed may be temporarily down.
My calendar app says the URL is invalid
Make sure you're using the right URL format for your app: webcal:// for Apple Calendar and
Outlook desktop, https:// for Google Calendar and Outlook.com.
Also confirm the URL was copied in full without trailing spaces.
I regenerated my feed token — how do I update subscribers?
After regenerating, your old feed URL will stop working.
Remove the old calendar subscription from each device and calendar app,
then add it again using the new URL from your dashboard.
Can I share the feed URL with others?
Yes — that's the whole point. Your merged feed URL is intentionally public
so that family members can subscribe without needing an account.
Anyone with the URL can read your merged calendar, so treat it like a shared calendar link.
If you want to revoke access, regenerate the token from your calendar's danger zone.
