Calendar Combine ("we", "us", or "our") operates calendarcombine.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you sign in we collect your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your name and Google profile ID. We don't store your Google password.
We store the iCal/ICS feed URLs you add and a cached copy of each feed's event data. We fetch those URLs on your behalf to generate your merged feed. We don't read, store, or share the content of your calendars beyond what's needed to serve your merged feed to subscribers.
Pro subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe holds all payment data under their own privacy policy.
Our server logs record IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps for up to 30 days for security and debugging. Feed token URLs are scrubbed from logs before storage.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your calendar content for advertising.
We use a single signed session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are set.
Your account data and calendar feeds are retained until you delete your account. You can delete your account by emailing us at privacy@calendarcombine.com. Stripe retains billing records per their own retention policy.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR.
We will post any material changes to this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
